The Artisan Factory emerged from a small, traditional family of three brothers who owned a woodwork shop in the mountains of Bosnia. The business was starting to flourish when the war in Bosnia broke out, causing everything to be put on hold. After the war ended in 1995, the company began again. In 2000, Family Ćostović joined with a Dutch partner and founded a company named NordEnd.
In 2007, Fadil Ćostović and his friend, Dražen Poznanović, founded Artisan. Their vision was to become the first globally renowned, high-end furniture brand from Eastern Europe. Artisan exhibited around the world at the biggest fairs, winning highly prized design awards and establishing a reputation for exceptional creativity and craftsmanship. Fast forward to today and Artisan can be found in numerous high-end residential and commercial showrooms across the globe. And the story goes on…
Artisan specializes in the manual production of high quality furniture from Bosnia hand crafted from solid wood and designed with purpose.
